The funny thing is the question isn't even right. Not every living thing needs air to survive or can survive in air. Oxygen, yes, but not air.

Some organisms don't even need oxygen. They undergo anaerobic respiration, which by definition does not require oxygen.

If Oxygen only, what about the plants if no Carbon Dioxide, They can't live, we can't also live. They take in Carbon Dioxide and gives us Oxygen

Plants require water: H2O (that O is oxygen). Chemosynthesis is the answer that everyone other than this question is looking for. As no correct answer is available, this problem remains a problem. Therefore, the answer is indeed "puppy" as they solve all problems. I should be laughing at pictures instead of using my brain...
