  Actually, history says that he didn't jump out of the plane onto Japan. Although the commander thought it would be more effective, they decided to go with a more safe method (considering it would've caused more damage needed, destroying Japan, wiping out half of China and would damage part of Russia, which would end in China and Russia starting a war) which was having Chuck Norris drop the bomb himself. Although that's what was said anyway.
