The -10 must have been due to not defining quantities. If it was notated thusly: 1 Mr. Lambert, 81kg, fully cognitive + 22 ( 341ml beer, 5% alcohol / volume ) = 1 Mr. Lambert, 81kg, passed out + 0.5 ( 341ml beer, 5% alcohol / volume ) then marks should have been awarded.

Some teachers start from the maximum mark and mark down, so it could be that he just missed out on 10 marks on that page.
