Yo dawg I heard you like grades, so I put a grade in yo grade so you can get a C while you get an A!

He's screwing with the teacher. The answer is R.

LMAO Racecar is racecar backwards, so the palindrome makes this funny.

i say S as well. :D.

Hey I remember doing that question in a past paper :D but that wasn't me. It was in the UK GCSE, AQA math paper. I think it's for January 2006. Not sure though.

whats a Ca?(nearly B)

People who said Q fell for the trick. Notice the 8 is initially on the bottom of the triangle whereas in Q it isnt. Both sides being 8 would make it isosceles which it cant be with a 30 degree angle hence Q is automatically wrong.
-
guys guys, don't you know what congruent means? Q is a similar triangle, because the angles are the same but the scale is different. R is correct, because sin30degrees = 8/16
-
You guys that say Q is the answer are SO SMART!!! Hey, look, it's a 30-60-90 triangle that's isosceles at the SAME TIME!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!
-
The word "SPECIMEN" seen here means the teacher copied the picture from a sample page, which the publisher almost certainly didn't give him permission to do. I say, sue him for copyright infringement!
-
Okay, congruent=same angles different size. So right away the fact that triangles "R" and "S" have an equal side with triangle "P" rules them out. I love the conspiracy theory style guess though... Classic.
-
The answer is R you ignorant fucks, its a 30 60 90 triangle with 8 opposite the 30
-
The answer is obviously "S." After all, the other two have "SPECIMEN" through them, and are therefore not congruent.
-
"must be a sign from heavens"?
