  There is no highest point on a line. A line has an infinite number of points. What a dumb test question!

  He only got a half point because the correct answer is "Global Maximum." It is the highest point on the entire function. A "Maximum" can be "local," meaning there's a higher point else where on the function, or "Global," meaning it is the highest absolute point.
